1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping during our standard business hours.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PKT - Pakistan Standard Time)

  • Handling & Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all available locations within Pakistan. Your delivery time consists of our handling time plus the carrier's transit time.

Please note: Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier partner delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if tracking is available for your route). You can use this number to track your package's journey in real-time.

4. Correct Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and updated delivery addresses and contact numbers at the time of checkout. AAS Collection cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, delays, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is taking longer than the estimated delivery window or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately. We will work directly with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
